The Blue Lotus started out as an idea for use in the classroom as a mindfulness technique. I use it at the beginning of classes to help students to relax a bit and to help them transition from being outside my classroom to maintaining a calmer and more focused demeanor. This app helps to slow down and regulate the breathing process. I’m posting it here for anyone to use who would like to add a bit of a mindful “breather” interlude to their day. Enjoy!
